Skills and Requirements

  • Good understanding of RBP, MDF, workflow creation, Business rules, Foundation objects, and Job information data updates.
  • Data upload/Modification in SF. Should be familiar with importing employee data, compensation and all Job-related changes.
  • Track change request closing the HRBPs and update the change request.
  • Good stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Support in adhoc reporting.
