Requirements For IBM Recruitment 2023
- 3+ years of leading and mentoring teams
- At least 4 years of extensive experience in designing, developing web applications.
- Knowledge on Openshift, operators etc.
- Experienced in working with distributed teams.
- Hands on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Awareness of Open Standards

- 7-15 years of experience in software development using languages such as Java, ReactJS etc.
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and concepts.
