Responsibilities at L&T Recruitment 2023
- Produce quality, on-budget, and timely deliverables

- Provide proposal and solution support, including advisory services, economic analysis, master planning, and project engagement to ensure customer success and feedback on lessons learned into improvements to products, processes, and people

- Creates, tracks, and communicates risks, project deviations, and contingency plans
Requirements For L&T Recruitment 2023
- 4-5 years of power system modeling experience, including digital solutions for power transmission and distribution systems.
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in electrical engineering
- Good written and oral skills very proficient in written and oral communication, regularly communicate complex information, and interact with the team
- Located in the US and able to travel ~35% of the time
- Analytical skills to analyze SLD and extract customer requirements
- Experience authoring project requirements, project design, develop technology test protocols with minimal supervision
- Experience in developing engineering design, interconnection study requirements, permit submittals to Utility
- Experience in product tools and application experience
L&T Required Skills:
- Develop tests, standardized test procedures, and perform product testing, including involvement in hands-on lab testing during evaluations of prototype systems
- Analyze operational and test data to troubleshoot and resolve system problems
- Latest technology evaluation on Utility Solutions and managing technology roadmaps for DERMS DMS SCADA with the integration of grid power/solar power/wind power/DG set/storage etc.
- Knowledge of the quality process of various integration technologies is a plus. Deep understanding of different protocols.
- Shall have comprehensive knowledge of latest standards on design, testing and validations
- Experience with Electric Vehicle Chargers, Controllers, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Energy Efficiency, and/or Solar
- Experience in field visits to assess existing electrical infrastructure (ex. transformers and panels) for upgrades
- Should have a deep understanding of design engineering, procurements, controls, interconnection guides, and requirement development for Utilities (Electrical Gas, and Water).
- Knowledge of different applications of Power or SCADA application.
- Designs for SCADA DERMS DMS System.
