As the Manager Operations, you will lead and supervise the customer service team, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer service team handling voice-based inquiries.
Ensure service levels and performance targets are met or exceeded.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, conducting regular feedback sessions and performance appraisals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations and complex issues.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Implement training and development programs for the team to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to customer interactions and service metrics.
Requirements:

Graduation from any recognized university or educational institution.
Proven experience in managing customer service operations, preferably in a voice-based process.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with insurance or financial services domain is a plus.
