Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to Siemens Technology products and services.
Guide customers through product usage, features, and functionalities.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
