Eligibility Criteria:
- Female Indian nationals, 18 to 27 years old.
- Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination.
- Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Height and Weight: Minimum of 155 CM’s, weight proportionate to BMI.
- Appearance: Positive body language, well-groomed, no visible tattoos in uniform.
Requirements:
- Dress code: Half-sleeve shirt, knee-length well-fitted skirt with skin-color stockings and makeup.
- Carry 2 passport size photographs, soft and hard copies of the updated resume, 10th and 12th mark sheets, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Passport.
- Wear a mask at all times. Aarogya Setu App check before entering, carry the final vaccination certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with DGCA regulations, keep licenses up-to-date.
- Be medically fit, follow rest regulations.
- Follow roster guidelines, adhere to reporting timelines.
- Know circulations, product & service, follow SOPs.
- Attend flight briefings, report on time, ensure aircraft readiness.
- Maintain grooming standards, connect with customers, follow safety guidelines.
- Answer customer queries, handle emergencies confidently.
- Create WOW moments, display exemplary customer service.
- Handle food and beverage service, assist passengers with special needs.
- Monitor cabin cleanliness, promote the airline brand, and sell extra services.
- Demonstrate safety, security, and first aid duties.
- Practice ethical conduct, note and fulfill special customer requests.
- Thank customers before landing, finish reports after the flight.
