The work done in this position will be deployed across the India organization and in certain cases globally as well.
An HR Trainee will be provided exposure in methods and practices to develop & execute organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals.
GE Digital expect the trainee to Execute task related to HR prioritize, Strategize Projects Signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
Communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis. This person will contribute to project as a team member.
