Job Description:

As part of the Admin Helpdesk team, your primary responsibility will be to answer calls from our Deloitte Professionals or their Family members on the Admin Toll Free number.

Location – Mumbai – Thane (Candidates based at Mumbai Thane are only considered)

Qualifications: Graduation in any field

Role – Executive – Admin Helpdesk team (On Fixed Term Contract for a year)

Responsibilities:
1. Answer In-bound calls from Deloitte Professionals or their Families on the Admin toll free number
2. Understand the query raised by the professional and provide guidance/solution
3. Raise the query to the supervisor if query is not resolved. Follow-up with professionals in cases wherever required.
4. Raise a ticket on basis of the call and capture details of the query for records.
5. Work Involves Working in Shifts.

Requirements:

· Excellent Communication Skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience with MS Office
