As a Quality Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software systems through the implementation and execution of automated testing processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automated testing strategies, frameworks, and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to define test requirements and test scenarios.
Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and security of applications.
Conduct regression testing to identify and mitigate any potential issues or defects in the software.
Analyze test results and collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve any identified issues.
Continuously enhance and optimize the automated testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and test automation.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members regarding automation frameworks and tools.
Document test cases, test scenarios, and test results for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Graduation degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Quality Automation Specialist or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in automation testing tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
