As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our international clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.
Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies to customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution.
Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity.
Requirements:
A graduate degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Ability to handle challenging situations and maintain composure under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
