Researches and evaluates facts surrounding data
Interpret transaction trends and usage patterns based on user, geography or other parameters
Be able to detect frauds and risks
Anticipating risks on finance & customer relationship
Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards
Identify opportunities to improve the operational deliverables
