In your role as a visual designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative and creative graphics including illustrations, layouts, social media posts, creatives, and other marketing assets. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of our websites and social media channels. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we would like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
• Work with copywriters and executives to produce the final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in visual designing or similar.
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolio
• A solid foundation in typography, layout and design
• Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite’s
• InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
• Awareness of current trends in business, design and technology.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
