Purpose of the Job:
To support the HR Systems Manager in the development and maintenance of the HR Management Systems (HRMS), ensuring the provision of efficient and accurate management information and administration, for internal and external customers which includes managing data integrity and access.
Major Duties:
1. Knowledge on HRMS application and modules (Preferably Darwin box HRMS)
2. First point of contact for resolution of queries and issues relating to the use of HR Systems (eg. Employee/Manager Self-Service, recruitment, Core modules, Workflows etc).
3. Generate, automate and produce operational reports and management information, adhering to defined templates.
4. Co ordination with vendor for new requirement and updates.
5. Knowledge on Position management.
6. Maintenance of HRMS and ensure timely release of information relating to system upgrades and change to processes to internal HR team.
7. To maintain the accuracy of the HRIS (and other databases) ensuring it reflects the current status of staff including undertaking data quality audits. This includes inputting and amendment of employment records, Employee details, Leave details etc
8. Modification and Creation of reports, work schedule, permission role, user assignment, Work flow, designation, imports, positions etc.
9. Training new HR members on the HRMS application and process.
10. Scheduling weekly and monthly call with Vendor on the queries and follow up with solutions.
11. Assist with reviewing and documenting processes undertaken within HR and making recommendation for the development.
12. Maintain and support users through a helpdesk service.
Desired Qualification
- Masters in any discipline.
Desired Experience
- 1-2 years in handling HRMS preferably Darwinbox HRMS.
