Essential Functions:

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will partner with strategy, functional, technical, and UX experts to architect, design, and lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations that address the key needs of HR organizations and their workforces.

Participate in the Design, Development, and Implementation of the HR Service Delivery module including, Case and Knowledge management, Employee Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Machine Learning, HR Workspace, and AI search.

Supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions

Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of meaningful IT experience with a bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree. Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
3+ years ServiceNow development, ITSM development , and HRSD Module (Case and Knowledge management) experience required.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / System Administrator.
Understanding the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
Understanding of Agile project management, SDLC, ITIL, risk management, quality engineering.
Experience with the Microsoft .Net core, C# coding and the Visual Studio IDE and TFS a plus.
Proven experience in eliciting and elaborating business requirements, drafting system design specifications, and developing technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience in Microsoft BizTalk, SQL Server, C#, .NET with Visual Studio, TFS, HTML and JavaScript, SFTP and encryption strongly preferred Understanding of object-oriented programming preferred.
